Speaker Agreement for Ways We Witch Online Summit

This agreement is made between Ways We Witch, hereafter referred to as "Organizer," and yourself, hereafter referred to as "Speaker."

Topic: The Speaker agrees to present a session on the topic indicated in this form at the online summit being organized by the Organizer.

Date and Time: The Organizer will inform the Speaker of the date and time of their presentation at the online summit. The Speaker agrees to be available and present at the scheduled date and time. If the Speaker is not presenting live, the Speaker agrees to provide the Organizer with their content by APRIL 20, 2023

Content: The Speaker is responsible for developing and presenting their own content for the session, which must align with the theme and focus of the summit. The content should be original and not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Promotion: The Speaker agrees to promote their session and the online summit on their social media accounts and website.

Materials: The Speaker will provide the Organizer with any materials required for their session, such as slides, videos, or other visual aids.

Compensation: The online summit is a largely affiliate driven event, so every Speaker will get a unique link to share and will earn 50% of the proceeds from each sale through their link (minus a small fee from the website processing). If Speaker does not make a minimum of $150 USD through affiliate sales, Organizer will top up the compensation amount to $150 USD. There is no maximum payout amount.

Recording: The Speaker acknowledges that their session will be recorded and made available to attendees of the summit. The Speaker grants the Organizer permission to record and distribute their session.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.

Confidentiality: The Speaker agrees to keep any confidential information shared by the Organizer in relation to the summit confidential and not disclose it to any third party.

Indemnification: The Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the Speaker's participation in the online summit.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, in which the Organizer is located.

By signing below, the Speaker agrees to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Statement of Intention

This summit is welcoming and inclusive of everyone: every race, every sexual preference, every gender, every Pagan path. Although the summit does include a small number of offerings geared specifically towards womb-bearers, or more focused on specific demographics or paths, please understand that respect and inclusivity for all is paramount and is a requirement of all Speakers.

We will not tolerate racism, trans-exclusion, homophobia, or disrespect for any group or person. Doing so will be an immediate removal from the Ways We Witch summit and programming, and all monetary compensation will be forfeited. We understand this is a strong stance, but maintaining a safe circle for all is of highest importance to us as organizers. Thank you!

By signing below, the Speaker acknowledges understanding and agreement with the Statement of Intention.
